VALLEY RESIDENTS ASKED TO HELP REFASHION SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS TO INCLUDE CONTRIBUTIONS OF HISPANICS
SBOE member Mary Helen Berlanga held a news conference at UTB/TSC Monday to urge Valley residents to play their part in shaping the next Texas curriculum. Berlanga said it was time Hispanics were featured in state-approved textbooks.
